Main description:
Support the process and operation regarding to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, internal communication, people-care assistance and welfare duties.
Main responsibilities:
- In charge of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes of personnel, contact candidates and accompany them during the entire procedures, including to carry out hunting for key positions in engineering and administrative position.
- Execute the onboarding process of new staff, interns until their introduction to the work area.
- Consolidate the information for the payroll, create and keep updated the personnel file.
- Elaborate and release corporate content for Internal Communication notes, calendar and so on.
- Solve staff queries.
- Support in the organization and execution of corporate and holiday events.
- Other functions related to the Human Resources area
Main requirements:
- Professional in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related major. Focus-oriented in Human Resources domain.
- 1.5+ year experience as auxiliary, assistant or related roles in Human Resources department for recruitment, selection, and onboarding management, personnel administration support, internal communication and wellbeing support.
- Intermediate or Advanced Mandarin Chinese skills.
- Advanced English level skills.
- Outlook, Advanced MS Office user and familiar with layout tools.
- Proficient communication skills at several layers.
- People oriented and service attitude.
- Commitment and availability to work according to the business necessities
- Have Ability to analyze and ability to tackle difficult problems.
- Ability to maintain clear focus under multitask or pressure schemes.
- Understand and bring openness to different cultures.
