Supply Chain Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for efficient supply solutions for the delivering projects in Telecommunication industry. Join the bidding projects in order to provide supply chain solution and recognize the supply risk from customer’s requirement (RFQ).
• Manage the cargo manufacture, to finish cargos arrival plan according to installation plan or customer require day for POD contracts
• Contact with other supply centers to track the production status to ensure it finish on time, and with region to solve any supply issue.
• Track cargos shipment from supply center to site under cooperation with logistics specialists.
• Finish local purchase plan and track the delivery status till their arrival.
• Coordinate other platform areas as finance, tax and related areas to achieve the internal KPI and comply with the rules and laws.
• Update contract daily report & keep healthy KPI.

Main requirements:

• 4+ year experience in similar activities in International Trade, supply chain or logistics areas in international or local companies. Proven comprehension about supply chain management and procedure, including local regulation related.
• Professional at Industrial Engineering, International Business Administration, Administration or related major focus in international trade or supply chain field.
• Advanced English level is mandatory
• Intermediate (HKS4) or Advanced Mandarin Chinese level is a plus.
• Proven communication skills at several levels.
• KPI achievement orientation, Analytical.
• Problem solving, Planning execution and Project management.
• High commitment and availability to work according to the business necessities
• Ability to maintain clear focus under pressure is a must.
• Understand and bring openness to different cultures
